How To Pay Off Your Mortgage Early. Tell It To The Judge! Video
We all want to know how to payoff your mortgage early http://www.rmilending.com
1:14 A Long Island couple learned how to pay of their mortgage early after dealing with One West and they are home free after an outraged judge gave them an amazing Thanksgiving present helping them pay off their mortgage? canceling their debt to those ruthless bankers that were trying to toss them out on the street.
Suffolk county Judge Jeffrey Spinner wiped out $525,000 in mortgage payments demanded by One West. Spinner pulled no punches and laid the smack down on the bankers of OneWest saying, I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger. Ok, he didnt use those exact words, but that would have been the dialogue if I made the decision that left Diane and Greg Horoski, owing absolutely no money on their ranch house in East Patchogue NY.
This sets a VERY troubling legal precedent. A precedent that judges can forgive debt for citizens who legitimately owe the debt.
0:20 Dubai is in financial trouble. Maybe they wouldn't be if they controlled their spending instead of enticing people to ski Dubai or stay in The Burj 7 star resort.

This doesn't set a ...
This doesn't set a precedence at all. Anybody who had any dealings with the crooks of One West and prevailed I will salute them. After Indymac sold their notes to One West for next to nothing they screened them and found the ones that had equity in their homes then used every dishonest trick they can to lie and cheat you? out of your home. Anybody that feels sorry for the pukes such as Steven Mnuchin, Terry Laughlin, J.C. Flowers & Co. etc should wake up and stay away from One West.

@newgtguy, thanks for commenting and rating my video. With the constant changing of mortgage guidelines it truly has become a game of? musical chairs.
When banks loan ...
When banks loan money they do so via an impossible contract.? They create the principal but do not create the interest.
All this does is make our financial system a huge game of musical chairs. Eventually there will be no money for someone to make their payments with and they will be foreclosed on.
The above scenario is inevitable with our current financial ponzi scheme.

accept for value return? for value. simple.
